Even better, hot chocolate with some caffeine to fuel your reading session. And that is the recipe for a perfect rainy day in my opinion. This Hot Chocolate Coffee is just about that. You can whip it up within a few minutes and curl up with you favourite book or even while you're getting some work done as it is the perfect pick me up.
